Randy guides and directs the aesthetic development of all Thinkwell projects. Randy supervises designers and illustrators, while still creating original designs himself. He works with the entire creative team to help visualize Thinkwell's many exciting projects around the world.
Prior to Thinkwell, Randy served as designer and artist for a variety of clients as Ewing Design, Inc., including Disneyland Entertainment, Disney Creative Entertainment, Buena Vista Special Events, Spectra Entertainment, BRC Imagination Arts and more.
